Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What's the fit like?

A. A relaxed, unisex silhouette. If you normally wear a size M, we recommend sticking with M.

Q. Can I machine wash it?

A. A regular home washing machine is fine. Turning it inside out before washing helps the print last longer.

Q. How long does shipping take?

A. As items are made to order, shipping usually takes about 2 weeks after your order and payment are confirmed. See the Legal Notice page for details.

Q. What payment methods are available?

A. We accept credit cards and PayPay.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?

A. If an item is defective or the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We generally don't accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons. See the Returns & Exchanges page for details.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. Orders can be cancelled from the order tracking page before shipping preparation begins. If you've already paid, you'll be refunded through Stripe.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. We currently only ship within Japan.

Q. Why do you make such weird t-shirts?

A. No particularly deep reason. If it made someone laugh a little, that's a success.
