Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, limited to unused and unwashed items. Returns or exchanges are also available if the size doesn't fit or the item differs from what you expected.
Return / Exchange Window
If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. For returns or exchanges made for personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
When We Can't Accept Returns or Exchanges
We can't accept returns or exchanges for items more than 14 days past delivery, items that have been worn or washed, or items that became soiled or damaged in your possession.
Defective Items or Misdelivery
If a product has an initial defect, printing defect, or damage, or if you received a product different from what you ordered, we will exchange or refund it at our expense. Within 14 days of delivery, please contact us with photos showing the item's condition and your order information.
About Refunds
Refunds are issued to the payment method used at purchase, after we confirm the condition of the returned item. Depending on processing by the payment or card company, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If the item you'd like to exchange for is out of stock, we may issue a refund instead of an exchange.
