Terms of Service

Article 1 Application

These Terms apply to all customers who use the Service.

Any individual rules, notices, or guidelines we post within the Service form part of these Terms.

Article 2 Purchasing Products

You may order products through the Service by the methods we specify.

A sales contract between you and us is formed once the order process is complete and we have accepted your order.

We may cancel an order due to stock availability, payment status, or other circumstances.

Article 3 Product Pricing

The selling price of a product is the amount shown on its product page.

Shipping and any other fees, if applicable, are shown on the product page or at checkout.

We may change product prices without notice. However, a price change will never be applied to an order that has already been formed.

Article 4 Payment Methods

Payment is made using a credit card or other payment method available through the Service.

We may use Stripe or other third-party payment services to process payments.

Use of these payment services is subject to the terms of service of the respective provider.

Article 5 Shipping

Products are shipped within the timeframe noted on each product page, after your order and payment are confirmed.

Shipping or delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, high order volume, carrier circumstances, or other unavoidable reasons.

If we are unable to deliver a product due to your fault, such as an error in the shipping information you provided, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Article 6 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, limited to unused and unwashed items.

Returns or exchanges are also available if the size doesn't fit or the item differs from what you expected.

For returns or exchanges made for personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

• Items more than 14 days past delivery
• Items that have been worn or washed
• Items that became soiled or damaged in your possession
• Other items that have become difficult to resell

If a product has an initial defect, printing defect, or damage, or if you received a product different from what you ordered, we will exchange or refund it at our expense.

Article 7 Product Color & Specifications

We try to display product photos as close to the real item as possible, but the actual color or texture may look different depending on the shooting conditions, your device, or your display settings.

Product specifications may also change slightly due to quality improvements, manufacturing circumstances, or other reasons.

Article 8 Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, the following actions are prohibited:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Placing an order using false information
• Unauthorized use of another person's name, address, or payment information
• Acts intended to unlawfully avoid paying for products
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Acts that infringe on our rights or the rights of a third party
• Unauthorized access or other improper interference with the Service's systems
• Purchasing products for improper purposes
• Any other act we deem inappropriate

Article 9 Intellectual Property

The copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the logos, designs, images, text, product designs, and other content posted on the Service belong to us or to a third party who legitimately holds such rights.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, modify, or otherwise use these without our permission, except as permitted by law.

Article 10 Changes to or Suspension of the Service

We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service in the following cases:

• When performing system maintenance or updates
• When a failure occurs in servers, networks, or similar systems
• When an earthquake, fire, power outage, or other event of force majeure occurs
• When operation of the Service otherwise becomes difficult

Article 11 Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to post accurate information in providing the Service, but we do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or continuity.

We are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for damages arising from communication failures, delivery delays, failures of external services, or other causes not attributable to us.

This does not apply, however, in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be waived under law.

Article 12 Use by Minors

If you are a minor, please use the Service only after obtaining the consent of a parent or other legal guardian, as needed.

Article 13 Personal Information

We handle your personal information appropriately in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 14 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as necessary due to changes in law, changes to the Service, or other reasons.

Revised Terms take effect once posted on the Service, unless a different procedure is required by law.

Article 15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Japan.
