Payment is charged when your order is confirmed. The actual billing date depends on the rules of your card issuer or payment service.

As items are made to order, we generally ship within about 2 weeks after your order and payment are confirmed.

Shipping or delivery may be delayed due to order volume, stock availability, weather, traffic conditions, carrier circumstances, or other reasons.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, limited to unused and unwashed items.

Returns or exchanges are also available if the size doesn't fit or the item differs from what you expected.

If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

For returns or exchanges made for personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Items more than 14 days past delivery
• Items that have been worn or washed
• Items that became soiled or damaged in your possession
• Other items that have become difficult to resell

If a product has an initial defect, printing defect, or damage, or if you received a product different from what you ordered, we will exchange or refund it at our expense.

Within 14 days of delivery, please contact us with photos showing the item's condition and your order information.

After confirming the condition of the returned item, we refund it to the payment method used at purchase.

Depending on processing by the payment or card company, it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement.

If the item you'd like to exchange for is out of stock, we may issue a refund instead of an exchange.

If a sales period or order deadline is set for a product, it will be shown on that product's page.

For products with limited stock, sales end once stock runs out.

The color and texture of a product may look slightly different from the actual item depending on shooting conditions, your device, or your monitor settings.

Product specifications and designs may also change without notice due to quality improvements or other reasons.
